Bible-based, Friendly and Encouraging. That's the Peachtree City Church of Christ.
Here you'll find a family of dedicated but imperfect Christians who strive to encourage each other in their faith and who want to encourage you. We worship, serve, and live life together and would love for you join us.
You can expect to be greeted warmly, shown to a seat in worship, or guided to Bible classes for the whole family. Stop by our Visitor’s Center in the main foyer by the stairway to get more information on our current classes, service times, upcoming events and more.
We are so glad you’re here.
There are a few big things you need to know about Peachtree City Church of Christ. We believe the Bible is God's Word. That's it.
We don't belong to any denomination. No board or organization is over us. We don't answer to any one but God for our beliefs and practices. We believe God has revealed everything we need to know about how to be Christ's church in the Bible.
If you see other churches doing something that we don't, it's probably because we can't find Christians doing it in the Bible. That's important to us.
We want to be a place where people are built up, not beat up. We all need each other. None of us are perfect, not even close. But Jesus is. He is the head of the church, and the Bible teaches that the church is his body.
EVERYONE is welcome to worship and study with us. If you have any questions, please contact us, we would love to answer them.
On Sunday mornings, we offer worship services at 8:15 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Both
services last a little over an hour and include expressions of worship
such as a capella (voices only) singing, prayer, scripture reading, and a
message from our preaching minister Stan Butt or one of our other
ministers. We take the Lord's Supper each Sunday as a family. Our elders
and ministers are available at the end of every service for prayer
requests or other needs.
On Sunday nights, we meet together again at 5:00 p.m. for another time of worship, and we gather mid-week on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. for a short devotional together before breaking into Bible classes.
At Peachtree City Church of Christ, you'll find people dressed in all sorts of ways
from suits and dresses to business casual on Sunday mornings and jeans and flip flops on Wednesday nights.
We care about you, not what you wear.
